Not much evidence: Bromocriptine is a Dopamine agonist (acts like dopamine), and most medications helpful for adhd increase Dopamine activity. However, there is not a lot of research suggesting that it helps with adhd, and it's safety and efficacy is not well studied especially in children. Can you have bromocriptine tablet 5mg for pituarity tumour with ibrouphen tablet 2 of them that are 200mg for pain relief?
On bromocriptine tablet my prolactin reached over 3000&now that I've been on the tablets it went to 700 and period is back but can I stop for 5 days?
Be patient: Hi. I assume you're treating a prolactinoma. It takes time for the prolactin level to normalize and then for normal rhythmic hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian function to resume. Your prolactin dose may not even be adequate yet, so further dosage adjustment may be necessary before your periods resume. Be patient. Are you tolerating the bromocriptine OK? Good luck! ...Read more

Yes and no: Hi. Assuming your pituitary tumor is a prolactinoma (based on the fact you're being treated with bromocriptine), yes bromocriptine (or the preferred dopaminergic, cabergoline) CAN shrink the tumor. Smoking a hookah will not hurt your tumor, but WTF?! Smoking is utterly stupid and horrible for your health! Do you want physicians on this site to condone stupid behavior? Yes, you can...: ...but we don't want the treatment to be worse than the disease (prolactinoma)! It won't do you any serious harm to continue with low dose bromocriptine, but nasal congestion and nausea suck! Ask your doc for a trial of cabergoline.
