Pharyngitis without pain needs antibiotic treatment ? Just natural remedies if followed will be sufficient or what ?

Pharyngitis without pain needs antibiotic treatment ? Just natural remedies if followed will be sufficient or what ?

No antibiotic: It's difficult to imagine any kind of pharyngitis without pain. But wether or not painful, the large majority of pharyngitis is viral. Antibiotics treat only bacterial infections and won't help. Can't thin of any "natural" remedies that will help either. Just sit tight -- see a doctor for professional advice if it continues or you remain concerned. ...Read more

What is the difference between sore throat and pharyngitis...In diagnosis, in treatment and in causes ?

No difference: A sore throat is common lay persons jargon for a possible pain and inflamation in the throat whereas Pharyngitis is the professional medical term for inflammation and infection of the throat (pharynx). Thus technically there is minimal difference and whist a sore throat is the presenting complaint of a patient, pharyngitis is the diagnosis by the physician ...Read more

Where can I get a yeast infection? Is it only through sex? Btw im taking antibiotic because of my throat infection

Where can I get a yeast infection? Is it only through sex? Btw im taking antibiotic because of my throat infection

Taking antibiotics kills the good bacteria allowing the yeast to grow. High blood sugar and taking cortisone type medications also favor yeast growth. Does taking treatment for throat infection put my baby more at risk for my Group B Strep? I'm a carrier. Abx don't cover GBS can they make it stronger

Does taking treatment for throat infection put my baby more at risk for my Group B Strep? I'm a carrier. Abx don't cover GBS can they make it stronger

Antibiotics: Hi
So the usual recommendation is that you get tested for Group B strep between 35-37 weeks of your pregnancy. If you test positive, they will give you IV antibiotics that cover GBS during labor because the GBS transmission to the baby occurs during childbirth. Generally speaking, if an antibiotic doesn't cover GBS, it won't stimulate it to become "stronger". ...Read more

Help please? How much time does it will take to cure candida if i start taking treatment for it?

Forgive my frankness: Mucosal and skin candida are obvious infections that are cured in a week or two by scientific Rx. By contrast, 'systemic candida' is a scam. You'll be persuaded your symptoms result from it, you'll be given all manner of things to take to manage it, but you will never be cured. That's how the scam operates. Your symptoms have some other cause. A scientific physician or holist can help you find it. ...Read more
