Thats a statement-: -not a question. But ice is used to decrease blood supply so there is less swelling, this also numbs the best nerves 2 help decrease pain. Ice in water is better as ice coming out of the freezer is at 0 degrees F or lower & can burn U. Use a gel pak or a ziplock bag with ice & water, also leave it on 4 about an hour then an hour or So off. ...Read more
