Lauderdale..Pretty much ground zero for HIV infections so to speak. Fever, chills, night sweats, weight loss, thrush and swollen lymph nodes are a common presentation. Diarrhea as well. Possibly: Recurrent, resistant yeast infections can be a sign of a compromised immune system. If there is any risk of HIV then I would be tested. It is more common that the recurrent yeast infections come due to early, undiagnosed diabetes so I would also get checked for that. ...Read more
