Not sure that's true: Everything needs to be done in moderation. So drinking two or 3 cups of organic green tea a day is not a problem. Some brown teas may have more caffeine, as they are fermented tea leaves. However as a rule, the green teas post no health risks. So better to drink tea, then too much coffee! Probably not much: Typhoo is a brand, and they make many different kinds of tea, but assuming you are drinking their black tea, it has about 75 mg of caffeine (theobromine actually, which is converted to caffeine). You are taking in about 500 mg of caffeine per day, which isn't a lot. If you were sensitive to it, and getting anxiety, tremor, insomnia, i would recommend cutting down.
