I woke up at 2 pm today and I have a sleep study at 7 pm at the hospital. I usually go to bed late, what do I do?! and will a sleep pill affect result

Is it bad to sleep late like 5am then wake up late like 3pm even though I have enough sleep is this bad for my health?
