Couple of things..: Gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, peptic ulcer dieases, gastritis, severe reflux can cause your symptoms. Viral gastroenteritis (stomach-bug), irritable bowel can do same as well. If it is severe and rapid onset, it could be pancreatitis/gallbladder disease. Where and when?: There are so many many causes of abdominal pain and so i can't really tell what you have. Upper, middle, r upper/l upper, lower/pelvic areas? When does the pain occur? During/around period time? With meal/food? Common in 20 y/o female is irritable bowel, menstrual cramps, reflux/dyspepsia, maybe gallbladder trouble, or pancreatitis(after alcohol binge) etc..
