Yes: Liver converts excess carbs to bad cholesterol (triglycerides TG). TG then gets deposited in liver and causes fatty liver that elevates liver enzymes.

Need more info: Are you overweight? How much do you drink? What medications are you taking? Do you exercise? What is your diet? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your test results, are abnormal and need to be discussed with the doctor who ordered the tests.
