Gas : Gas and pressure can occur with dietary changes and/or indigestion. Common causes are ulcers, gastritis, hiatal hernia, irritable bowel syndrome etc. You need a complete medical work up/evaluation. In the meantime try anti-gas bloating medication like gas-x or beano. Also, an anti-acid medication like Pepcid (famotidine) may help.
