Yes: There is a plethora of literature that supports that movement and exercise promote better health. There are many people that have sedentary jobs. While you can do this, it takes a lot of time ; energy. The greatest benefits are from the seeds. You need to remove ; dry the seeds ; then crush them to make a tea or tincture or eat the seeds.
