What are the health benefits of chlorophyll? I heard's it's good for a healthy diet (green veggies) and improving metabolism, but I'm not sure about the latter.

Instead of taking foods away, i focus on adding at least 5 servings of veggies a day with some fruit. I also make myself do some exercise daily.
