Headache: The best way to diagnose and manage this is to see a doctor. If your pcp is stumped see a neurologist. If it is associated with your sinus infection a decongestant may be of value, along with nasal saline rinses or nasal steroid spray. Take a Triptan: Migraine headaches typically do not go away easily...Certainly not with diet changes. You have to take pain medicine slike tylenol (acetaminophen) or Aspirin for mild migraines. But if it is severe or persistent migraine you wiill need to take one of the triptan medicines which are prescription drugs but they are very effective.
