If you purchase them from the store and it is very thin then you are only getting a minimal amount of fiber. It is always best to eat the real thing. You are young and may not have a problem now. Constipation: Would suggest adding fruit to your diet unless specific dietary concerns. I assume you restarted rehab. Constipation has to do with decreased physical activities and pain medicine on the postop period.
