It's hard to really know what to trust and what not to trust. As your budget allows try to avoid alot of processed foods. Organic is good but expensive. If you have outdoor space, grow a garden with your child/children. You may also have a nearby community garden spce if you don't have room where you live. Join a local coop for organic veggies and fruit. These local coops are great way to reduce the cost of organic produce. Wash fruits and vegetables well before consuming.
