I have knee pain from obesity. So i start to exercising at the gym. But when i run or walk, i feel knee pain, so it's a dilemma. How to exercise?

No pain, no problem: We used to think that popping our knuckles, neck, back etc.. Caused arthritis. However, there is no evidence of causal relationship has been found until this time.
