No: You retained lot fluid. Best way to loose weight is not eat the food you are over consuming or do exercise to burn the same amount of calories.

Rapid weight loss.: Real loss cannot exceed 2.5 lbs a week. Anything greater is short term. A 100 years of study by real scientists confirm that. Exercise and a balanced diet confirmed by a weight reduction specialist/md is best. Don't be fooled by the supplement companies that promise more than 2.5 a week. Won't work long term....Ever.
