Fatty liver means more fat stored in liver than normal, usually due to metabolic reasons - overweight, diabetes, alcohol overuse/abuse.

Gallbladder wall thickening is a weak sign of gallbladder disease in people with pain or tenderness - in this case it probably means the gallbladder could distend even more than it was. ...Read more

No restrictions: After the gallbladder is removed there is no need to avoid fatty foods. Prior to surgery, a patient with gallbladder problems should avoid fatty foods to avoid symptoms. A small percentage of patients will get post op urgency, which is an urgent need to have a bm about 30-45 minutes after meals.
