Sinusitis: Although cough can be caused by a multitude of reasons, I am concerned that your cough and nausea can be from a sinus infection. Get seen: A cough for more than 3-5 days, could be due to bronchitis from a bacteria. See a doc. If you are taking any cough meds, they may be raising your blood pressure (and they don't work anyway and can make you worse). Stop them.
