Weird Feeling In My Left Arm
A "weird" feeling in my left arm, breast, shoulder and chest. It's not exactly sore, but it feels really tense. Is this due to my recent panic attacks?
Could be. Panic:
Attacks present with about 33 symptoms, and lots of after-effects. Here's a link to begin to figure this out, although a visit to a MD is in order to rule out physical problems:

What this is: Sounds like it may be a problem with the nerve roots or nerves in your left neck, shoulder or the arm itself. I had a very strong electric shock feeling in my left arm in the middle of the night that made me jump up out of bed. My arm was tingling afterwards.?
Not worrisome: In and of itself, this is not too worrisome - probably you had your head angled in a way that a nerve root in your cervical spine became briefly compressed. That said, if the electrical pains and numbness persists and worsens, or (and especially) if you develop weakness in your arm somewhere (eg biceps) then a short steroid taper might help and an MRI of the C-spine may be warranted. ...Read more

I've had a numb feeling in my left arm today and now numbness in my arm and my left leg is much colder than rest of body. Advice?
Could be a nerve: You haven't mentioned any weakness or chest pain or not being able to move those extremities so I will assume those symptoms aren't present. In which case it could be that you have some inflammation or irritation of your peripheral nerves or possible swelling (edema) which is causing your symptoms. If your symptoms persist it would be good to discuss it with a doctor. ...Read more

Cardiac or not?:
Your symptoms could represent a lesion within the cervical spine. However one must always be mindful of cardiac problems. Left upper extremity pain and/or numbness is not likely to be cardiac if the hand is involved.
If you have any symptoms of shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, or jaw pain then seek immediate medical treatment. If not emergent then please get an evaluation soon. ...Read more

See a Dr. ASAP: You may be having/have a mild stroke and you should be assessed by a physician as soon as possible. If it is not a stroke, ask for complete workup to rule out other issues such as ms or other neurologic issues. It could be a confluence of multiple issues coincidentally happening at the same time, but you need to rule out these more serious issues as soon as possible. Hope all is well. ...Read more
