Hello. : Hello. Normally, using medications without healthy diet and exercise accompanying it won't lead to significant weight loss. I actually am not going to recommend a medication. What i will recommend is at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit every day. At least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day (not for weight loss - to keep you hydrated and your gut moving). Healthy fiber. Regular aerobic activity, eating regularly & decreasing junk food. If you eat for comfort or other psychological reasons - overeaters anonymous might be very helpful. There are many programs you can join to give you information, monitoring and encouragement.
