Hypopituitarism: Hi, before making any diagnosis I would repeat these tests and also check prolactin level, TSH, testosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS) and serum 17-hydroxyprogesterone level before and after ACTH stimulation. Unsure: While the majority of women with pcos are overweight, and losing weight will cause many of them to resume normal cycles - it is not 100%. Some women with pcos are not the least bit overweight and still have pcos and irregular cycles, likewise some women who are overweight can lose down to ideal body weight and still not have regular cyles due to persistent pcos. Like most of these supplements, there are no legitimate studies that it does anything beneficial for you, despite what they claim.
