See your PCP.: I am not sure if you are asking if weight loss or anxiety is causing muscle twitchings. Anxiety can certainly cause muscle twitches and also weight loss because the tension may make it difficult to eat. On the other hand, anxiety can also cause "anxious eating" or smoking or drinking alcohol. Your doctor could also rule out Hyperthyroidism which causes anxiety and weight loss. ...Read more

Probably not HIV: I agree with previous reply. I'll add that although having or getting gonorrhea does increase the risk of HIV, gonorrhea is far more common than HIV and the odds are you don't have HIV. Get tested for HIV if not yet done; you can expect negative. HIV doesn't cause symptoms like yours; I agree it's probably stress/anxiety. If your gonorrhea hasn't yet been treated, get to the clinic or doctor ASAP. ...Read more
