Lean,Mean,Machine: NO! You need to recover for at least a day, 2 or 3 would be better. And in-between do other physical activities. Plus, do it too much and you might burn-out on it. That would be a shame. Also, you may not get the weight reduction results you want because of the possible increase in muscle mass, but the fat will decrease if you keep it up... Too simplistic: As you lift and gain muscle, your weight is likely to rise (muscle weighs more than fat), so there is no way of predicting how much overall weight you need to lose in order to reduce your body fat. If you lost 20 lbs of fat, that would likely get you close to your goal. I would avoid trying to achieve particular numbers and instead rely on how you feel. ...Read more

NOT NORMAL: Especially that nothing major was found. I would however rule out diabetes in the first place before checking other things. You lost weight, eat a lot a pee a lot.
