What will be my appropriate weight in kilogram, i am 25 year old men and 5"5' in height.? I am currious because i am very slim.

I'm 18 years old guy but my height 5 feet 4 inch and weight is 48 kilogram only. so i feel shy. now what can i do to quicken my growth?

Keep active & a healthy diet but don't expect to grow taller.At 18 most males growth centers have closed making increased height unlikely.If you want to know for sure an X-ray of your wrist & hand can be analysed for bone maturity & tell if the growth centers remain open to new growth.

If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon,... Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu,....

I read if you do low- intensity exercise a few days a week aim for 3 to 5 grams of carbs per kilogram of body weight. I don't do that so how many carb?

It is not unusual for premies to lag behind in weight and height,he started at 2 lbs and he is not doing too bad ,Term babies weigh average 25 lg at 2.But discuss the growth chart and more imortant development as well.The baby should be in early intervention program as well

information I always recommend a patient with Chest Pain to be check by a physician. A good history and physical needed for a better assessment and recommendation. At your age I doubt heart condition, but better check to be sure.

12 yr olds have neither cars nor money, someone is buying it for her, stop it, what is to stop her from gaining another 50 kg in the next years? you would not let her stay out to 1 AM or go on internet unsupervised, so it is with food. Take her shopping and find out what low calorie substitutes she would like. List of worst food in order: drinks with sugar, fast foods, fried foods, bad sacks
