Stop St Ives: Most probably you are having a reaction to this skin product. This is very common and not usually a severe one. Stop using this and after a couple weeks or a month you might try a different product for your skin. If this does not clear or becomes worse you may need to see a skin specialist. ...Read more

Depends what it is: From. Try gentle stretching exercises. However, you will need to see a physician for a physical exam to see where the pain is coming from. You can also try massage, acupuncture, heat/cold, and ergonomic changes until you see your physician. However, i would recommend seeing a physician as neck pain can be complex and the pain generators can be a number of things. Hope that helps! ...Read more

Turner's syndrome?: The first half of the question is missing, so i'm going to guess that you're asking, is it possible to have turner's syndrome without the characteristics you listed? The answer is yes, not all women with ts have the physical signs of webbed neck, odd fingernails or "deformed" elbows.
