Why STD?: Sounds like disconnected symptoms. Vaginal infections can interact with urinary tract infections and they can ping pong back and forth. if you suspect a sexually transmitted disease go to urgent care and get checked out. ...Read more

Can't be sure: The only way to be sure if this is gonorrhea is being tested. You could be exposed in more than one area and only be symptomatic in one. If you suspect any std, your partner should be evaluated/treated as well. Good luck! ...Read more

Gonorrhea can live..: ....anywhere it contacts. If partner is or was positive for gonorrhea at the time you had relations with him and if your exposure to his semen was orally or ocularly then, it is possible to have been infected.
