Ecchymosis: If the marks are in fact due to constant pressure from the glasses, you will need to consider changing your glasses, using contacts or giving your skin as much rest as possible and changing the rest position of the glasses often. Although the pads of the glasses that push on the nose may make small skin indentations throughout the day, the weight of most glasses isn't enough to change the shape of the bone underneath, even if worn constantly.
