My left arm is shaking when it lifts weight and sometimes it shakes without lifting of weight and I feel it weakness.?

Problem! Sounds like you may have RADICULOPATHY that is a pinched nerve (C6-C7) in your neck. The weakness is disturbing! Start with your Primary Care Provider who can do a neurologic evaluation and possibly refer you to a Spine Specialist or Neurologist!
