Weakest Muscle In The Body
It is a body tissue that has the ability to contract. It shortens and generates force. It relaxes and returns to its original length. Muscles move joints, stabilize the body, move air and food through the organs, act as valves for bladder, bowel and other organs. They control movement of the eyes. They help us express ourselves by changing the shape of our ...Read more
Maybe: The Genioglossus M.Styloglossus M.Palatoglossus M.Hyoglossus M, Superior longitudinal M.Inferior longitudinal M.Transverse M.Vertical M. -because they operate the tongue. Words are power!! Ability to verbally express one's self is STRENGTH.
In a facial reanimation procs. Which muscle in the body can be taken and moved to replace the procerus muscle?
Why bother?: Most of my patients want to get rid of the procures muscle and its function which include frown lines between the brows! That's why Botox and other such drugs are big business. Trust me, the boyfriend knows when I'm pissed off even when my procerus is totally paralyzed!
Exercise & Diet: The answer is simple, but reaching the goal is not necessarily easy. Exercise--at least 20 minutes of moderate cardiovascular activity every other day--and a balanced diet based on your weight and gender are critical. No lasting solutions have been discovered/invented. That is, unfortunately, there's no "get rich quick" or magic exercise. Simply work hard and be safe and persistent.
Appropriate Diet: Two secrets to memorize: first when you eat your diet should consist of 60% of the calories from proteins. And second, your exercise should be moderate (heart rate not higher than 150) for most of the days you exercise. If you burn too fast you burn muscles and protein when you want to burn carbs/fats.
Liposuction: For people that are in good shape but have body fat in problem areas, liposuction is the thing for you. This is not a weight loss procedure but works well for the lower abdominal pooch, saddle bags, inner thighs, mens chests, or muffin top. This is done in the office under tumescent anesthesia or local with some sedation. We use laser as well and have great results.
Yes.: Primarily legs and buttocks!Get a more detailed answer ›
Training +: A good fitness training program and wt lifting using a at-c. Also b sure 2 get enough liquid & protein doing ur program and soon after.
Cha cha: Yow. A good question. You have to have good strong legs but strong back muscles is also required.
Muscle development: Beside exercise, providing adequate building blocks for muscle growth and repair is needed; those building blocks include (lean) proteins, peptides (smaller proteins), & Amino Acids (fundamental building blocks of proteins), all available in a healthful diet that includes all food groups. Injecting Anabolic steroids are not the answer.
No such thing!: Your body build is genetically controlled. You can gain muscle with a good rounded program. Start with 1 on 1's with an AT-C & get a program set up for your goals & abilities. If beginning don't try to go from 0-60, but start slowly find your ability & go from there, listen to your body it tells you when you're doing 2 much 2 fast. Always a day off between heavy lifting, do some cardio.
Muscle: We recommend limiting carbs and increasing protein in your diet. A good way to do this is to drink protein shakes. I use whey protein powder with almond milk and add frozen strawberries and a little peanut butter, blend, and....A nice smoothie. Weight lifting and good cardio are also critical but diet is the key. Don't put anything in your mouth your body doesn't "need".
Variable: You need to look at the cause of the chronic body tension. The massage sessions will on help treat the problem, but it will not resolve until you address what is causing the problem in the first place. Never do more than 4 sessions without expecting some improvement.
Diet ; lift weights: To gain weight you have to consume more calories than you are burning. Do this in a healthy way though. Don't choose junk food. Avoid sugars and simple carbs. Keep a well balanced diet and make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. Don't cut out exercise as it is very good for you. Weight lifting and other muscle building exercises can help you increase your body mass.
Cardio exercise: Doing cardio is a great way to lose weight and body fat. Abdominal exercises will also help with losing belly fat. Strength training can help tone your arms and legs and add muscle mass. The other critical component is to eat a healthy diet. Lean protein, fruits, vegetables, and stay well hydrated. Reduce the amount of bread, rice, pasta, tortillas (carbs).
