Urinary frequency: Please see your provider to do a Urinalysis to ensure you don't have Urinary tract infection. A pelvic exam is not a bad idea either. Other medicines?: Pain meds are not the only ones that can slow urination. If you are not relieved after urinating & still feel you need to go but only dribble, you need to be checked for possible causes especially if you were voiding normally before your surgery.
