Weak Pulse In Wrist Also Low

Underweight, low blood pressure, fast and slow resting hbr, achy legs and arms, breathless with stairs and dizzy spells. Is it my heart?
How high?: Although we consider a low resting pulse to be a good thing and viewed as an indicator of good cardiovascular health, it does not offset the affects of high blood pressure. A thorough check for potential causes (secondary causes) of high blood pressure is probably a good idea. Ekg, cardiac echo, thyroid tests, kidney function. ...Read more

Overweight but with onset of sleep heart rate in low 60s. Often jolt awake right away and heart rate in low 50s, why?
I've consistently had low K levels (around 3.2). Could that level be causing fatigue, heart palpitations, and severe constipation?
Possible.: Low iron does not in and of itself indicate what your pulse should be. Heart rate depends on many factors including the number of red blood cells in circulation. If iron levels become low for a long period of time the body cannot make sufficient red cells to carry oxygen so heart rate has to pick up to compensate. So... Low iron levels may be associated with an increased hr but not directly. ...Read more
What does a strong and slow pulse indicate and what does a fast and weak indicate? Can u have high blood pressure in ur neck but normal in ur arm?
PulsePressure & Rate: Pulse strength: a result of the pulse pressure; the difference in the systolic vs. diastolic pressure; a result of (a) cardiac stoke volume vs. (b) arterial volume & (c) elasticity (assuming no Aortic Regurg. or AV shunts). Pulse is a result of each heart beat, thus will never be faster than heart rate; but can be slower (some heart pumps not felt). If major arteries are open then pressures ~same. ...Read more

Many issues: You mention several symptoms. Some, all, or none of them may be related.
