Fatigue & weakness is multifactorial ie caused by many different things such as depression, anemia, hypothyroidism, kidney disease, etc. Tingling in foot suggests peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes, vitamin deficiency, or physical nerve damage. Weakness in arms & legs suggests spinal cord issue or poor fitness. ...Read more
Support: Pain and stiffness in the feet and lower legs after inactivity could indicate muscle fatigue from poor biomechanics. My first step would be to insure you are wearing supportive shoes. Concerning symptoms: The symptoms you describe are very concerning and can be many things. With the nausea and stomachache in the morning, i'm wondering if you're having gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. That doesn't often cause tingling hands, arms and legs, so more investigation is needed. If you haven't had a checkup with a doctor in a while, now's the time! best of luck! ...Read more
