No: It is a neurologic symptoms needs to be evaluated as quickly as possible. If it were me i would go to the emergency room just in case I have had a stroke. Always best 2 play on the safe side. Depends on speed and: g forces on roller coaster. But you should have your knee problem resolved because it can become a permanent impairment. If your muscles have undergone atrophy, it could be serious trouble. ...Read more

See a clinic: Were you injured? Quite odd for an arm and leg to start hurting without any injury. You need to be examined to see what is causing this and make sure it's not something very serious. If you have any neck or back pain do so without delay. ...Read more

Very concerning: You are very young to have something like ALS. It would still be wise for you to see a Neurologist to evaluate the twitching. This might involve an MRI, EMG and possibly even EEG testing. The weakness should be thoroughly worked up including detailed history to understand what posture you are doing that may exacerbate this or if there is another cause compressing your spinal cord.
