TMJ exercises: Try putting your tongue on the roof of your mouth, opening your mouth wide with your tongue in place, and breathing in slowly for two counts, and out slowly for two counts. Injust stress: Sorry you are suffering. It could be "just stress" or it could be something medical/dental. Mine was fixed with a root canal! but this problem is like quitting smoking--you need to find what works for you. Yoga? Meditation? Situps? Change your pillow? Change your job? Change your shrink?
