Had TMJ for 8 months. Ear symptoms gone after a lot of pt/acupuncure. Still some stiffnesss in jaw - is this the last to go ?

TMJ: Are you treating the cause of your TMJ symptoms? Most come from bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), but can also come from poor occlusion ( a poor bite). If these are not corrected, the stiffness will remain and the pain will return. See a dentist experienced in treating tmj/tmd. At the very least, get a nightguard. And make sure you are not grinding or clenching during the day. ...Read more
