I am still having constipation because of weak bowel muscle result of three times masturbation for the past two weeks. How to recover bowel muscle?

Weak bowel muscle?: Masturbation of the penis alone does not usually affect bowel function, so you can rest easy about that. If your masturbation involves inserting things into your rectum, though, this can affect your anus. Depending on what was used and the vigor of activity, the anus and rectum can be damaged. If this possibility exists, please see your physician for an exam and any help which may be needed. ...Read more

I have horrible smelling bowel movements and gas after gastroenteritis. Stool looks a little loose. It has been about 8 days. Muscle weakness too. ??

Gastroenteritis: I don't think that the horribly smelling stool is of concern but the loose stools of viral gastroenteritis usually resolve after a week although it can be followed by an irritable bowel syndrome. If significant diarrhea is prolonged the stool should be cultured to check for pathogens that need treatment. In the meantime avoid harsh roughage, take kaopectate (kaolin and pectin) as needed. ...Read more
