Loose skin: Drinking water is generally good for you & maintains your hydration which can certainly help with the overall appearance of your skin. Not likely : You should see a plastic surgeon for an examination and evaluation. If it is truly loose skin and there is quite a bit you will need surgery. However if it is only fat and you have good skin elasticity you might be a candidate for liposuction, but from your description, i would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon.
