There aren't any: Let me explain - "Cet or cette" at the end of medications means it contains acetaminophen or tylenol. The active opiate in the medication is Oxycodone, and oxycodone comes without tylenol in both brand-name and generic versions, including Roxicet, which comes in 5, 10, 15 and 30 mg strengths. It also comes in sustained release long-acting versions in doses ranging from 10mg - 80 mg. ...Read more
Which tablets are weakest to strongest between tramadol 50mg, co-codamol 30-500mg & paracetamol 500mg with dihydrocodeine 30mg?
Easy for last 2: the last 2 drugs are essentially identical. In theory 50 mg of Tramadol is about equivalent to 30 mg of codeine. The concept of "stronger" is really not an easy one. Medications are metabolized differently by different people and what is an equivalent dose for one person may not be for another. In addition, codeine tends to have more side effects. Talk to your doctor/pharmacist. ...Read more

Can I take 1 Tylenol (acetaminophen) extra streng 500 mg together with 1 Tylenol (acetaminophen) codeine 3?
Yes: Although I would not recommend doing that, especially regularly, The max dose of Tylenol (acetaminophen) in 24 hours is 3000 mg in adults. Be sure to add the Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Tylenol (acetaminophen) with codeine you're taking to be sure not to exceed this amount. Otherwise you could cause injury to your liver. You may want to consider ibuprofen or other pain reliever not containing Tylenol (acetaminophen). ...Read moreSee 3 more doctor answers

DEPENDS: It literally depends on the strength of the dose. It's like asking what weighs more - a pound of bricks or a pound of feathers? But medications (and dosages) can affect everyone differently. ...Read more

Acetaminophen: The answer is really based on the amount of Acetaminophen in the vicodin. The first number 5, 7.5&10 is the hydrocodone in mg's.
