Doctor can evaluate: A primary care doctor and a neurologist can evaluate to see what might be going on. From this question, it's hard to tell exactly what sensations one is feeling. Some patients with a condition called arachnoiditis have sensations that may feel like insects crawling on the skin or water trickling down the leg. Arachnoiditis is an inflammation of one of the linings of the spinal cord.See 1 more doctor answer
My left hip constantly feels like it needs to crack or "pop" and sonetimes my leg springs back when I sit indian style and other pistions as well?
Misalignment: In my experience, when parts of the skeleton feel they need to pop or crack, you are misaligned and trying to literally adjust yourself. A visit with your doc will help figure out more details. A physical therapist can offer a great deal of useful advice, exercises, and therapies. Massage may help as can a good chiropractor.See 1 more doctor answer

What causes ur body to b stiff specifically after a workout? Why would my joints crack so much when I workout? Knee/ foot/ankle painful after wo.
When we: exercise...especially without the proper "stretching" og our muscles prior to the exercise we "break" microscopic blood vessels and they bleed a very very small amount of blood! This is like an INTERNAL bruise!!! We call it a "charliehorse" or STIFFNESS! Your joints are YOUNG and have CARTILAGE which is LIVING TISSUE!! Same rules apply! Hope this helps! Dr Z
Gas: The cracking you are hearing is gases, such as nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide, escaping from the fluid in your joint. This occurs when you put pressure on your joint and stretch it out. It does not cause harm and is the same reason you hear a noise when you crack your knuckles.
Joint cracking: Cracking of joints is common and probably nothing to worry about. Ligaments can make these noises as they get tight rapidly when the joint is moving. Crackimg may be due to a tendon snapping over or around the joint. Or nitrogen bubbles in the fluid inside the joint may be rapidly brought into or out of solution when the joints are moving.See 1 more doctor answer
May be normal!: Lots of people have joints that pop or crack when they move them, and most of the time if it's not painful, it's not a problem. If there is pain when they make noise, see a podiatrist or an orthopedic surgeon.
Burst outloud: Typically cracking of the joints is caused by bursting of gas bubbles in the joint fluid. The gas is normally dissolved in the joint fluid. When the joint is stretched, the pressure is lowered in the joint. This lowered pressure causes the gas to come out of solution violently causing a "pop" or "crack". I know of no evidence that this is bad. In fact, it usually makes the joint feel better.See 1 more doctor answer
No: If happened with motion not unusual. See a doctor for evaluation.
Tendon movement: Many times the snap of a joint is merely a tendon moving over the joint. If there is not pain associated with the crack, it is usually not a bone problem. You should get this checked by a podiatrist to be sure.
