Is it possible to have warts on vagina for 1st time ever -even after 9yrs of complete abstinence? What are the reasons for warts? Is a there cure?

Pap, STD testing: Standard STD testing (gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV) would be wise, and almost certainly the clinic will do a pap smear.
