See ENT: You most likely have a cerumen impaction (earwax build-up). Even though you tried some outpatient therapies for ear wax build-up it is still most likely. I would see ENT though so they can assess the cause of the hearing loss. If you don't have a cerumen impaction then there can be a more significant cause of your hearing loss.
