Cold hands and feet. Even with 2 pairs of socks on my feet are ice cold. Luke warm shower feels extremely hot on my feet. Left side is always colder?

Hips down to feet ache/hurt/swollen ankles. Wear mild compression socks to knees. Remove socks about 1-2 hrs symptoms start. Help!!
