I have no right ankle I am having problems with bearing weight or putting pressure or keep my foot warm no new injury?

Foot or Ankle?: The structure of you question is very confusing. I'm not sure of the relationship between your right ankle and your previously surgerized left ankle. Mainly, how it influences your foot's problem, whichever one it is. Hello, I wore some high heel shoes this weekend that I probably shouldn't have worn for a prolonged time. Now my leg and foot feels warm. Why?

Muscle: It appears that there was enough stress on your lower leg and foot to cause strain/mild inflammation of the musculature giving you a sensation of warmth although I would also expect some achiness as well. I assume there is no true heat. If there is no discoloration or swelling of these areas, I expect this type of reaction will subside in a day or two. See your MD if symptoms persist or worsen ...Read more

Agree w Dr. Gaffney: Alprazolam doesn't fix what's going on inside you. I would encourage you to work with a therapist who can help get to the bottom of this.
