Why do I sometimes get this warm/oven/heat feeling in my lower abdomen? There is no pain, just a hot warmth. It's a once a month thing.

Not unusual: You were bent over for a while, the muscles were tightened up and there were more clothes folded over that area. Unlikely: Stone pain is excruciating, tends to radiate from flank to groin. Would wonder about ruptured ovarian cyst which would be more likely to cause this type of pain. Most likely spasm as gas passing through, maybe even kidney/ureteral stone.
Pain? Bleeding? Fever? Duration? Bowel habit? Urinary issues? Back pain? Constant or comes and goes?
Other factors like previous surgery, inflammatory/gyn issues could lead to adhesions (internal scars) which can cause issues. Hernias?
