Depends.: There are many causes for anemia. Iron deficiency and folate deficiency can be corrected by diet, although it may be hard to get enough iron to correct deficiency. B12 deficiency usually cannot be fixed by oral b12. Starvation obviously is diet. The other causes of anemia are not due to vitamin or mineral deficiency, & cannot be fixed by changing diet.
