Hello, I'm 15 weeks pregnant and have had stomach ache (not lower abdominal pain) could this be my organs being pushed upwards due to my growing baby?

Hard to say: Pregnant women often experience a variety of discomforts. They also experience periodic digestive disturbances. They are also prone to bladder infections. When pregnant women experience pain it is important to have it evaluated in person with your doctor to determine if a clear cause can be identified.

I have lower abdominal pain nearly all the time but it is worse in the morning upon waking and worse when I bend over or squat.

Many possibilities: You really need to talk to your doctor and be examined. Bladder infection, ovarian issues, appendicitis, hernia... it's a long list of possibilities and the doctor will ask you for more information, examine you, check your urine and consider lab or imaging tests that may be helpful.

Can you give me suggestions on testicle pain with lower abdominal pain.?

Serious..: Testicular pain can be serious primarily because of the possibility for infection in the testicle, or even compromised blood flow in that area. Pain in this area should be evaluated emergently, typically in the ER, so that the diagnosis can be made quickly. If infection, or compromised blood flow, are present it could result in a loss of the testicle.

I'm 25 years old with lower abdominal pain had a CT scan and showed complete blockage will surgery be required to fix?

If complete, yes...: Gi blockage when complete & persistent is a surgical urgency. There are many possibilities however for it that may auto-correct or resolve--volvulus, intussuception, bolus impaction, infection or inflammation with occlusion. Distinguish obstruction from ileus, which is also expected to improve. On the other hand, adhesive bands, tumors, foreign bodies will likely need intervention to relieve.
