Make sure you don't eat any stimulants after 12:00 noon (or earlier if sensitive): Caffeine, Chocolate, drinks containing Guarana, Yerba Mate, green tea, etc. Excedrin, some Pamprin products and other OTC meds and supplements have caffeine and other stimulents. Good sleep hygiene: 1. Considering you have no medical issues. Keep same sleep-wake cycle.
2. Avoid caffeine after lunch or minimize.
3.Slow deep breathing exercise prior going to sleep and after wake up till fall a sleep as tolerated.
4.Regular exercise & yoga
5. Try sleeping from 10pm to 6am.
6. Eat a good balance meal with lots of fruit, vegetables and high fiber.

Just a thought: Get your prostate gland checked out. Sounds like a mild prostate inflammation and if you have had unprotected sex recently get a check-up ASAP!
