See the doctor!: If the headache is waking him up i would be concerned and see doctor soon. If he starts complaining after he wakes up it could be tension headache or behavioral. Have his eyes examined also and see if distraction helps and he stops complaining. ...Read more

I would see a doctor: Waking up drained, unsteady & in pain and with a headache can be from several causes. One that I see frequently in my practice is nocturnal seizures. Hi odds life issues: being rehashed while asleep inducing sadness, tearing. Ditto for the headaches, though likely somewhat different feelings. Headaches most commonly migraine, i.e. literally intracranial arterial expansion & painful pulse. Constipation more frequent with dehydration, holding onto stool too long/delaying defecating, inactivity, etc, etc, also with emotional controls. The LASIK likely low relevance. ...Read more
