Currently taking pristiq (desvenlafaxine) 50mg with Vyvanse 40mg as needed. Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) effective for depression but Vyvanse makes symptoms worse. Switch to strattera?
Were your meds: Prescribed to be taken this way? Were you prescribed the citalopram and Effexor (venlafaxine) at the same time? I take 20 mg celexa and 50 mg pristiq (desvenlafaxine), (desvenlafaxine) celexa in p.M. And pristiq (desvenlafaxine) in a.M.Therapy doesn't help. Perhaps i need different antidepressant?
Talk w/psychiatrist: You can talk with your psychiatrist about the results you're getting. Ask whether different medications, or maybe augmenting those you're already taking, would be useful.
