I have a cyst like thing on the side of my vulva lips/ what should I do?

See your gyn: Masses or lumps on the labia can be caused by many things: infected sweat glands, infected hair follicles, blocked oil glands, blocked bartholin glands. If you are having pain, you need to be checked out by your doctor. Most of these problems can be taken care of without much difficulty, but you should be seen to establish a diagnosis.

I have what I think is a sebaceous cyst on my vulva. It's small, round, and painless. Should I be concerned or do anything about it?

If it is really: Just a sebaceous cyst, you can leave it alone unless it becomes symptomatic. But it could be something else, such as infection or even malignancy, so it is best to show it to your doctor.

Black Vulvar patches: Anytime a dermatologist here's the word black from a patient about a skin lesion, we get nervous. It is critical that you consult your doctor about these patches immediately. While there are many possible diagnoses, one would want to ensure that these are not potential malignancies. There are many other diagnoses for this too.

I have a hidradenitis suppurativa cyst on my vulva. Normally I use neosporin and a bandage after it bursts, but how do I treat it in this situation?

I have a hidradenitis suppurativa cyst on my vulva. Normally I use neosporin and a bandage after it bursts, but how do I treat it in this situation?

See below: If you have had earlier episodes of hyderadenitis suppurativa, you need to be evaluated for a cause. Diabetes and obesity are two common predisposing causes. For the lesion on the vulva you may use neosporin ointment without bandage. It is imperative that you see a doctor for evaluation for the underlying cause. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Biopsy: The best person to confer with you on that is your child's pediatrician. If you still question/have concerns, then getting a second opinion is encouraged.

Tested neg @ 6 weeks exposure herpes. Thick yellowy discharge, 2 cysts that cause pain when they were emerging on either side of vulva, below clit. Help?

Tested neg @ 6 weeks exposure herpes. Thick yellowy discharge, 2 cysts that cause pain when they were emerging on either side of vulva, below clit. Help?

Culture: Sometimes it takes awhile for body to make antibodies to hsv (herpes). If you have these lesions, the next good step would be to get a culture done of the cysts.... That will provide you with a definitive answer. Yellow discharge could also be tested at the time for other sources of infection like yeast or bacteria. Best of luck!

Nothing/: Is this a problem> If so see your gynecologist as it may be possible to do some minor surgery to revise this. If not a problem would not do anything.

How do I pop a bartholian cyst, it hurts I have a painful vaginal cyst about the size of a grape on rt mid - lower inner vulva

How do I pop a bartholian cyst, it hurts I have a painful vaginal cyst about the size of a grape on rt mid - lower inner vulva

Avoid sharp objects!: I recommend applying warm compresses to the area for 10-15 minutes, several times a day. A bartholin's gland cyst or abscess is a little deep for 'popping' and you may make it worse. If it doesn't drain spontaneously, your ob/gyn can do an incision & drainage in the office, and/or (esp if it comes back) a procedure called a marsupialization to prevent recurrences.

How do I pop a bartholian cyst, it hurts I have a painful vaginal cyst about the size of a grape on rt mid - lower inner vulva

I: I would recommend you see either your primary care doctor or a gynecologist to get this looked at. Although it's more likely than not a bartholan's gland cyst as you've described, there are other things it could be that are treated in different ways. Most doctors will see you very quickly to get this looked at.

I've just had a so say cyst removed from my labia minors but they left the one on my labia majors I'm worried I have vulva cancer as its common in my?

See a Gyn Onc.: Vulvar cancer needs to be treated by a gynecologic oncologist. At 74, you are in the age group at risk for vulvar cancer. So if you didn't see a gynecologic oncologist, you should. If you have, and he or she is not worried about the cyst, you can get a second opinion or wait to see if the cyst grows. Or ask for a biopsy. That's the only way to know for sure what it is.

What are the symptoms of a bladder cyst?

What are the symptoms of a bladder cyst?

None...: Cyst of urinary bladder is extremely rare and even non-exists. In an extreme condition of urachal cyst, that is congenital, even not within the boundary of bladder. At times, a congenital bladder diverticulum may be mistakenly perceived by laypersons as a cyst; that is what I guessed. So, to make clear for me to answer your question to the point, would you please clarify for us? I'm here to help.
