I have a hidradenitis suppurativa cyst on my vulva. Normally I use neosporin and a bandage after it bursts, but how do I treat it in this situation?

See below: If you have had earlier episodes of hyderadenitis suppurativa, you need to be evaluated for a cause. Diabetes and obesity are two common predisposing causes. For the lesion on the vulva you may use neosporin ointment without bandage.
It is imperative that you see a doctor for evaluation for the underlying cause.

How do I pop a bartholian cyst, it hurts I have a painful vaginal cyst about the size of a grape on rt mid - lower inner vulva

Avoid sharp objects!: I recommend applying warm compresses to the area for 10-15 minutes, several times a day. A bartholin's gland cyst or abscess is a little deep for 'popping' and you may make it worse. If it doesn't drain spontaneously, your ob/gyn can do an incision & drainage in the office, and/or (esp if it comes back) a procedure called a marsupialization to prevent recurrences. ...Read more

How do I pop a bartholian cyst, it hurts I have a painful vaginal cyst about the size of a grape on rt mid - lower inner vulva

I: I would recommend you see either your primary care doctor or a gynecologist to get this looked at. Although it's more likely than not a bartholan's gland cyst as you've described, there are other things it could be that are treated in different ways. Most doctors will see you very quickly to get this looked at. ...Read more

I've just had a so say cyst removed from my labia minors but they left the one on my labia majors I'm worried I have vulva cancer as its common in my?

See a Gyn Onc.: Vulvar cancer needs to be treated by a gynecologic oncologist. At 74, you are in the age group at risk for vulvar cancer. So if you didn't see a gynecologic oncologist, you should. If you have, and he or she is not worried about the cyst, you can get a second opinion or wait to see if the cyst grows. Or ask for a biopsy. That's the only way to know for sure what it is. ...Read more
